Clinical Psychologist, Peninsula Hospital, Louisville, Tennessee.  From 1984 through 1985, I consulted at the hospital as a psychological examiner.  I was employed as a staff psychologist from 1986 to 1991; and have served as a consultant since that time.  I have held a variety of positions at the hospital during these years.

 

1984-1988   Provided psychological assessments on the Adult Chemical Dependency Unit.  Developed the Young Adult Program in Chemical Dependency in 1986 and served as Clinical Director of Chemical Dependency Program in 1987.

 

1988-1993 Worked with the Youth Chemical Dependency Program, providing psychological assessments and group psychotherapy.  In 1990, I became the Clinical Director of the Adolescent Program.  After 1991, I served as consultant to Adolescent Program, providing psychological assessments.

 

1993-1996 Consulting Psychologist to the Adult Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Service, providing primarily group psychotherapy
