Important Reading:

In the current political debate on health care, issues of client choice, privacy and access to quality mental health services are being overlooked.  The National Coalition has developed a position paper on these topics and works to include these arguments in the national debate.

Mental health concerns are overlooked because they have no natural constituents in government or industry.  The natural constituents are professionals who understand their importance.

If you share these concerns, please join the Coalition.  Help us continue to get the word out.  In addition to developing the position paper, the Coalition educates clinicians and maintains alliances with other organizations concerned with quality care and protections for consumers.

Join the Coalition and educate your legislators.

You can be involved in the national debate and protect your profession, your clients and the public.

Please send a copy of the Coalition’s position paper to your legislators to educate them.

AMHA-USA offers a unique, multidisciplinary approach to the practice of mental health care.

AMHA-USA supports local collaborative marketing & national presence for member clinicians.
